My elderly mother lives in a mobile home, The toilets weren't flushing completely. I called J and B, and Jose came over and cleared out the pipes. He was very prompt, and very personable.
My husband and I have used J and B to replace our water heater. I wish I had written a review at that time, as I was very happy with the service and the price.
This is my go-to company for any plumbing situations.

He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. This is the first time I used a provider from Angie's list and I was pleased with his work.

I was really happy with their work. I am planning on hiring them again for a pressure valve for our swimming pool.

He is someone we trust for all our plumbing needs. We have been using him over the past 15 years. His pricing is fair and he always does good work. He is a little busy these days, but he's very good about answering the phone. If he can't do the job due to his schedule, he will recommend someone good who can.

I called John of Jand B Plumbing and told him that even though I had paid for a strap kit for my new water heater, the installer hadn't strapped the water heater (required by law in CA) to my concrete walls.
I also let him know that the installer hadn't mentioned that he hadn't done that last part of the job.
Happily, John was really concerned that his installer had done this. He assured me he would talk to his guy and have him make it right.
I am happy to report that today the installer called me and came out promptly and strapped the water heater in. It turns out he didn't have a drill or bit with him on the first day that would work on concrete.
Yes, he should have mentioned that the first time he came out. But they did a perfect job of resolving this issue. I was not upset with the delay of over a week--I had company that just left yesterday, so even the timing was perfect for me.

Jand B Plumbing was recommended by a neighbor. I did some research and decided to choose them. The two installers were
really nice, professional, and careful. They removed my old water heater first and answered all my questions as I watched them work. After the installation of the new heater, they carefully tested everything and removed all the and quot;trashand quot;. Jand B is a class operation.

was difficult to schedule. showed up for appointment and said no one answered doorbell when in fact my wife was home all day waiting. bad communication.fixed toliet problem but left me with a new problem which I have tried to fix myself but have been unable to.

John is a courteous, knowledgeable, friendly plumber. I had talked to him a few months ago about another broken faucet, which I then found out was under warranty so I replaced it from the manufacturer.. He never charged me for this process, although he came to the house twice! He was in and out of here i less than an hour on the day of service. I enjoyed meeting and working with him and
will call him again when I need help.
Although he is on a family trip this week - (June 1st to the 8th 2013), he does have a plumber covering his calls. After June 8th, he will take your calls personally. He always gets right back to the customer and can arrange a visit to your home in a day or two.

I would highly recommend J and B Plumbing again and plan on using them in the future.

They were fantastic. They were very responsive to my call. My water heater went out on a Sunday, so I left them a message and he called me back first thing Monday morning at about seven. He was able to come out right away and fixed the water heater. He even had me go with him to Home Depot because I could get the water heater cheaper than if I bought it from them.

It went very well. Plumber is very easy to get a hold of. Took my call on Monday night and was over Tuesday morning. Had the work done in less then an hour. Explained to me what needed to be done. Gave me options on the best way to fix the problem. I have had him to the house before and I have always been happy with his work. I also think his pricing is very reasonable.

.They did a very good job. The price was fair and the work was done well.

They are calm, responsive, efficient, cheerful, and economical. When I first came here, I've been around all those people and I had some unpleasant experiences but these guys are great. They are fine and no complications. I would absolutely use them in the future.
