John did a thorough estimate inside and outside of our home and stayed with in the parameter of the bid . It took him two visits to complete the job. He worked for many hours in the dark under the house (can not be a fun job) and our house and quot;feelsand quot; much more level. Doors swing open appropriately, etc. John was also VERY informative regarding our mobile home history and other areas in the mobile home that might need future attention. Since we are new to purchasing our very old mobile home all his information was greeted with sincere interest. I would hire this person/business again.
