Joel and his team removed the orange peel and re-surfaced the walls in my living room and home office. New baseboards and door casings were installed. They also installed new porcelain tile in both rooms. They also installed lighting and replaced outlet switches throughout the entire home. His team were on time every day, very efficient and fun to have around! His team is very special. They were careful to cover furniture and cleaned up every day. I highly recommend Joel Sanchez.

There everyday and always on time. Excellent work from crew. Cleaned up the area each day after the work was done. Willing to make changes when requested. Generally very easy to work with. Later wehad them do our Master bathroom remodel and would definitely use them again

Joel has painted two of my homes, done electrical work, plumbing work, as well as repairs and installations. The work is always high quality and attention to details. Interior Refinishing was highly recommended to me so I contracted with the firm for a complete remodel of a townhome that included electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, custom ceiling texturing, a custom fireplace w/ethanol insert, kitchen and bath tile, converting a bath tub area to a luxurious shower, and custom wood doors. Joel Sanchez was hands-on for every aspect of this project and implemented our ideas with good imput and great follow through. His work ethic is stellar, a craftsman with every trade, great knowledge of building codes, and he is extremely reliable. The cost for the work was competitive, always on budget, and the project was delivered on schedule. Our only regret is that we did not use his firm for the wood flooring and cabinet work which we selected before we contracted with Interior Renovations. We will use his firm for any future work and we highly recommend Interior Renovations.

Joel and his team are incredible to work with! They did a phenomenal job of renovating my kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms! Tile work, cabinetry, flooring, paint they did it all. The team is incredibly hard working and accommodating to fit your schedule. I couldn’t recommend these guys enough!!
