We have used them for several years for regular bi-monthy pest control service.  They call the day before a scheduled service with an arrival window.  If there is ever a problem or need for treatment between regular service times, they respond promptly.  This is the best company - out of about 5 or 6 over the last ten years or so.  Very satisfied.

They call me and let me know when they're on their way. Then they come out and do the spraying. I can call them if I see a bug and they'll come out right away.

The service is friendly. They are consistent. They are pretty thorough and they are pretty good. They are a small company. I just started using them. Their price is the going rate; it is pretty good.

They seem okay. They were here last week. They come every two months. It is $89 for each service. They were recommended by the builders from whom we bought the house; so we just stuck with them. They are basically just doing exterior pest control, not termite control. We did not sign up for that. They usually let us know a day or so ahead of time and we leave the gate open and they do the job and go. The price seems to be competitive. We will keep using them at least for a few more services and then we’ll decide if it is worth it or not.

Everything is done very thoroughly and I am very pleased. They are on time and always professional. I know that the chemicals are working well because there are no pests left behind. They have good prices and great customer service. I think they are great. I pay for the service yearly.

AS WE MANAGE RENTAL PROPERTY IN IS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE FOR US TO MAINTAIN CLEAN PROPERTIES. PART OF THAT INCLUDED PEST ABATEMENT AND AVOIDANCE. SUNCAL HAS RECENTLY BEEN PURCHASED BY HOME TEAM. THIS TYPE OF COMPANY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US AS WE WILL ADHERE TO A HIGH LEVEL OF CLEANLINESS.
