My air conditioner had gone out and we had plans to go out town the next day.  I called them and they told me when they could come out.  Since I was out of town my older daughter met them there.  They were very prompt.  She met them there, showed them the problem. She left them there completely unsupervised.  Later that afternoon they called me and gave me an estimate.  I told them to do it.  They were going to bill me later but I gave them my charge card over the phone.  When they came in the fall they found a short in the wire.  I am a single mom and I’m aware that I can be fleeced but I was comfortable with them.  They were very timely and polite. The next week the problem reoccurred.  Another guy came out for a fresh set of eyes.  Again, they were very polite and timely.  They were able to identify another source of the problem.  I had an original thermostat.  They established what the problem was and installed a new thermostat.  I was comfortable leaving them alone in my home.  When they see something that needs to be done, they just do it.  They don’t gouge you. They were great at communication.  They called to say they were on their way.
