It was my good luck that I found First Choice Home Improvements through a friend who remodeled a master bathroom recently with FCHI. She told me about her positive experience and when I went to her home and saw the quality work in her beautiful new bathroom, I called FCHI for an estimate to remodel two bathrooms in my condo. I had been thinking of remodeling for several years but was not able to get a highly recommended referral from friends or colleagues. Mike and his team are so easy to work with and very responsive to questions and assist with choosing materials. They provided many options for the custom-built vanities, shower tile and trim, faucets, light fixtures and paint which made the selection process easy and stress-free. During the 5 weeks, they kept the project moving on schedule and finished on the day that was promised when I signed the contract. This was my first remodeling project and I absolutely love my two new bathrooms! My experience with Mike and his team was extremely positive so if you're looking for a dedicated, professional and highly skilled team, FCHI is the only contractor to call.

First Choice team was always on time, fast with responses to our questions, helpful with design choices, and professional. They were also very understanding when we had to make some adjustments to our daily time schedule due to unexpected family health issue, and still managed to finish our bathroom remodel within 3-1/2 weeks. Love the updated, modern look and are super happy with our new master bathroom.

Completed 20 x 18 kitchen with tear down wall in 14 working days. Included cabinets, appliance setup, lighting installed, multiple new switches and receptacles, splash on walls, new vinyl flooring installed ( 550 sq ft), included dining room, wall extension, plumbing reset, and granite tops installed. Mike Miller, the owner personally got involved with quote and contract. He personally visited my home to assure me he would get the job done timely and accurately. I was still hesitant, not because off Mike, but because we hear so many instances of the job taking months to complete even though yo wer assured it would take weeks. Mike convinced me when he told me, “ if you have s doubts about my ability to get this done then go with someone else.” I don’t want you uncomfortable with me. Now how often have you heard that from an owner of a company. He would rather walk away than not be able to meet our agreed upon time table. Well Mike met it and exceeded my expectations. His team was on time, consistent, reliable,and upfront. If I had a question I emailed him and has a response with a few hours. Of course we had some glitches where we wanted a minimal change. But each time we worked it out and completed the job. Oor friends and neighbors rave about the changes we made. Mike’s team had several suggestions and helped us to make positive changes. I can personally tell you that I distributed to the cabinet industry for over 25 years all over the USA. I can tell you stories about delays and unethical behavior in this industry. So I know what I am talking about. You will not be disappointed with Mike’s team. Make the call. You will get a response back timely and you will in good hands.

Excellent. Timely, communicated everyday what went right and where we needed to change something. Owner on site at least 50% if time. Easy to work with and listened to our concerns. 20x18 kitchen with demo wall took 14 working days to complete! Didn’t nickel and dime me for minimal changes. Workers were highly skilled and very neat and tidy. Never had to ask them to clean up. Rene office mgr great st making sure schedule was met. If you want a good job fair price give them a shout. You won’t be disappointed.
