Smooth talking salesmen. Products poor in quality(did not perform as promised). Very friendly/courteous installers. Had to reinstall certain windows that did not perform to my satisfaction. In one case they made me pay extra for one of their defective windows. Would not send anyone looking for replacement windows to this company. I am very upset and disappointed.

I did not see a sample window prior to installation. I am very happy with the appearance of the inside of the window, but the outside appearance of the window is not as appealing. Window delivery was very fast. Installers cleaned up their mess. I am satisfied.

First Choice at our first meeting was like having one of our own sons talking with us. They were very courteous, and I think that they will do a great job. . The job will start in 5 weeks. I will update rating when job is completed. Thanks,

First choice home improvements representative,Greg was most courteous and professional. He provided a quality product at an excellent price. I especially appreciated his patience and understanding when dealing with my elderly father Greg's respect and compassion was greatly appreciated. I purchased 17 windows and they will be installed in approximately 3 weeks. I highly recommend this company.

Have really enjoyed working with this company. They've done an excellent job, and I've been very satisfied with all the work done so far, including stucco repair and soon to be doing my kitchen cabinet resurfacing.

First Choice hasn't completed the work yet, we are waiting for my cabinets to arrive. So far, though, I am very happy. I will update once the job is completed.
