Pierre came to our new-to-us home promptly and gave us a bid we accepted for the work to break up and remove an old concrete patio in the yard. He agreed to bring his team back the next day and complete the job in an afternoon. When he was running late because of the job before us he called to let me know the status and then called again when they were nearing completion so i could come by and see as we had not moved in yet. Job well done. Friendly and courteous!

The experience was so easy. I called and reached someone on the first try. This was not my experience with some of the other companies listed on this site. They were kind and provided an accurate quote. The day of the demolition, they were not able to use all the tools at their resources. For example, the bobcat couldn't fit into the site to haul everything. They didn't change the cost and actually brought another person to assist with the job. The site was completely clean and in great condition for the new fence. They were awesome.

I called Pierre to get a quote for hauling away two large piles of dirt from my back yard. I needed to have the job done the next day, as I did not want the dirt to sit in the heavy rain that was expected the following day. He said he could do the job, and I told him I had just barely 6 feet of width for him to get his bobcat through, and that I was not comfortable with a 6 foot bobcat passing multiple times within an inch or two of the house. He thought for a second and said he could rent a 48 inch wide Mustang for the day if I was interested as it would easily make it through the space available. We agreed on the rental, pricing, and set a time. He was on time and even called when he was about 20 minutes away. He did the work in 2-3 hours, cleaned up (including washing tire marks off the driveway), and was done. He and his colleague, Luis, were prompt, professional, and efficient.

This was an expensive pool removal based on the limited access to my back yard. The project took about three times as long as a typical pool removal because of the need to use smaller equipment (multiple one ton Bobcats) and the distance from the street to the pool. The owner of the company gave me a detailed and, I think, fair estimate both of how much it would cost and how long it would take.

Once we booked the project, Express Hauling and Demolition showed up when they said they would, performed the work as estimated, and finished within a day of their estimate. They have a very polite and hard working crew that permormed a quality job and were always careful not to needlessly damage anything .

I anticipated that there would be some damage to brickwork on the top of some walls, as they had to create dirt ramps to access the site. Once the project was finished, their crew removed any damage, repaired the site professionally, cleaned up after tehmselves, and left the project site looking as good as when they arrived.

I am extremely happy with their work, and would recommend Pierre and his team to any of my neighbors.

IT WAS VERY FAST. 2 MEN SHOWED UP AND HAULED AWAY A BUNCH OF TRASH FROM OUR YARD AND WE DIDN'T EVEN LIFT A FINGER!
