I NEEDED 15-20 YARDS OF TOP SOIL TO LEVEL OUT THE YARD BEFORE LAYING OUT SOD. I CHOSE THIS NURSERY, BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT THEY HAD A LARGE ENOUGH TRUCK TO DELIVER THIS LARGE LOAD. IF I WENT WITH ANOTHER PLACE THEY MAY HAVE HAD TO DELIVER 3 SMALLER LOADS AND THEN CHARGE ME 3 DELIVERY CHARGES. I ELECTED TO GO WITH EVERGREEN SO THAT I WOULD ONLY HAVE TO PAY ONE DELIVERY CHARGE. I SCHEDULED THE DELIVERY ON A FRIDAY SINCE I WANTED IT READY FOR THE WORKERS TO HAUL ON SATURDAY. EVERGREEN ARRIVED AROUND 9AM WITH THE LOAD, BUT WAS NOT ABLE TO DELIVER IT BECAUSE THEY FELT THAT AS THE TRUCK WAS DUMPING THE SOIL THE TRUCK MIGHT HIT THE POWER LINES OVERHEAD. THE DRIVER REFUSED TO DUMP THE TOP SOIL AND LEFT. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND AGREED TO ALLOW THEM TO BRING TWO SMALLER LOADS IN A SMALLER TRUCK AND I HAD TO PAY A SECOND DELIVERY CHARGE. I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY ABOUT THAT SINCE THAT WAS WHAT I WAS TRYING TO AVOID IN THE FIRST PLACE. IT COST ME AN EXTRA $65.
