Euro Appliance Service

Very well.  Luke advised that we may need additional work in the future, but the work he did solved the cooling problem for the last two months.  We have used Euro Appliance for a similar situation on a different SubZero unit a couple years ago, and when major work eventually was required, they performed it quickly and for a reasonable price, and it has worked well ever since.

I've gone about 3-4 years with a broken ice maker, a dishwasher that wouldn't close properly and a washer that thumps around.  I made the mistake of closing my laundry door once and the machine moved so much it blocked the door!  Needless to say, I never made that mistake again.  So I've been making ice the old-fashioned way and getting creative with objects to block my washer movement.  This worked for a while until my machine started thumping so hard my house shook.
I called Luke.  Tom, Rafael and Luke took care of all these for me with pretty much no effort on my part.  It took a couple of visits to make sure everything was working well as parts needed to be ordered.  They are very polite, professional and responsive.  I would definitely use their services again should the need arise.

We hired a repairman to fix the fridge drawer units that would not cool.  He offered a diagnosis, which turned out to be wrong, but suggested we call our home warranty provider, which we had not considered.  The home warranty company sent out another service, which provided a different diagnosis, more expensive than the first.  We asked the warranty company for a second opinion, from a reliable repair company experienced with SubZero appliances.  They sent Euro Appliance, which provided a third diagnosis, the most expensive of the three, but offered to recharge the coolant in the system to test their proposed repair.  They did so and the unit started cooling as it should.  But that stopped within a few months, so we called Euro back out to do the full repair.  They were prompt and polite and efficient and solved the problem.  The drawer unit has worked perfectly ever since.  I asked them back to fix an outdoor mini-fridge, which they repaired right away.  Luke even bought a few boxes of Girl Scout cookies from my daughter, even though we tried to give them to him as a thank-you.  Excellent service providers and wonderful people!
