They are really easy to work with. Basically we call them up and they go out, they send us a quote, we approve it, and then they go do the work. Their prices are competitive enough that we don't really shop around anymore on garage door work. We just call them up and I know they are going to give us the right price within a couple of bucks. It's not really worth the time to go calling around others. The main issue with the service is usually not related to them. If there is any issue about getting something done, it's usually because of a scheduling issue with a tenant or the Homeowner's Association having gotten us the right information on the name and model of the door we have to have installed so we are waiting for information from them so it's not usually related to them. It's usually somebody else holding up them from completing the work. They always come on time.

They're a standard company we were referred to when we had garage door repairs or replacements. They know the product and the services. We can send them out to a job and they can get us a quote and can do it. They sell the same doors that most of the other contractors sell. They do their installation well. I don't have a problem with them getting out to the property.

Approximately five hours after I called, a technician arrived. Initially, I talked to a very courteous woman who took my information and promised someone would call me soon....and he did. Upon arriving, the polite technician assessed the problem as too tight of a spring...he loosened the spring, did routine lubrication of the door and I now have well-working garage door. I can't believe I have put up with this door for almost a month before calling someone. I looked for a company close to my home on Angie's List - one with a good rating. This is a family-owned company, and if their response time, professionalism, and quality of service continues as it did in my case, I have no doubt the company will be successful. I certainly would recommend them.

My brother called in with an emergency and they came right out. Masood Bagheri was the service tech and identified several other problems and fixed them at no charge. He also lubricated the other garage door spring. I felt the price was fair and the service was excellent. I would definitely use this company in the future.

I was very pleased with the work done, it was done promptly in a professional manner. The man certainly knew his business and exactly what to do. It has been almost a year and I haven't had any problems at all. I would definitely recommend this company.

WHEN WE PURCHASED OUR NEW HOME WE ORDERED A GARAGE DOOR WITH ARCHED WINDOW IN IT FROM THE COMPANY. THEY INSTALLED IT AND DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. THE DOOR IS COMPLETE WITH SENSORS. WHICH WORK WONDERFULLY WHICH IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE I HAVE VERY SMALL CHILDREN. THE DOOR IS GORGEOUS.
