They were wonderful. I was moving into a new home and needed a new mattress. They were very understanding and accommodating as I was waiting to get the keys for my new house. They just told me to call them when I got the keys, I did, and they were out within a half hour. They even moved box springs that the previous owner had left behind so that they wouldn't be in my way. They were just excellent. The mattress I purchased is double sided, so you can rotate it. The price reflects that, and it is a nice quality. They also have free delivery. When I need another mattress I will definitely buy it there.
