"I’m very sorry about the experience you had. So you are aware... I am the owner operator of this business, and the only employee. Since pricing is so subjective (based on several factors including length of line, where it exits the home) it is virtually impossible to train the call service to provide accurate pricing. I do realize this is inconvenient but I am unable to answer the phone and work. What I can tell you is the quality of my work, and knowledge of dryer vent issues is second to none. I feel your review is more than a little unfair considering your only objection is an inability to get an immediate price and this is my livelihood. Anyways, I accept the criticism, hopefully someday my business will grow to the point I can hire an employee and address this issue. Have a great day!"

Jason arrived promptly. Our dryer was working fine and I just thought it would be a good idea to clean the vents. He does charge a $39 service call fee and then charges for the vent cleaning depending on how long it takes to do the job. He did clean the vents, but in the process disconnected the vent in the ceiling. This was not his fault as the original installation (some 18 years ago) was not done correctly. I had to have a contractor friend come out, cut a hole in the drywall ceiling, reconnect the vent and then repair the hole in the ceiling. The system is now working just fine.

Jason was very nice and personable. While he worked he explained why dryer vent maintenance is important, and told me what I could do to help keep it clean. As he predicted, my dryer is drying clothes faster now! I will definitely call him when it is time to have my vent cleaned again.

About six hours work to lay out new ducting including hole cuts in simple garage shelves and installing new exhaust. There is a bit of duct work now in the garage, but holy smokes the dryer works better than ever. Just the duct being at room temp instead of underground is a huge help, much less collecting water. Work done was very neat and looks professional, and the results are tremendous. THANKS!!!

I scheduled an initial appointment on 10/13/2014 in which they called that morning to reschedule due to the technician being ill. I rescheduled for today and no one showed up for this appointment either. I called them twice in which they said they would reach the technician but were unable to. I didn't receive any other calls updating me on if they were able to reach him. .

Jason was great!  He was very friendly and comfortable to have in my home with my children.  He was extremely professional and cared about the quality of his work.  I moved into a home where the vent had NEVER been cleaned for 6 years or more.  It was very clogged.  After Jason was done my dryer instantly performed in half the amount of time it was taking previously.  What a difference!!!!  I will definitely be calling Jason for continued maintenance.
