When we purchased our home, we knew the first thing we would have to do is to find a competent, trustworthy, and reasonably priced contractor to install a forced air and heating system. It was our good fortune to be directed to Frank Aviles at Custom Mechanical. Frank came out and looked at our two bedroom home and the same day called us and gave a quote that was a full fortypercent below the next best offer. The work done by Frank and his associate, Omar, was done punctually, professionally and for the agreed upon price, with no surprises. Our overall experience with Custom Mechanical was very positive.
