We used them for many years. When I had a problem, they quoted the same three phrases over and over. They kept saying, "We are not responsible for what a Culligan sales rep says." It was a very bad experience.

After one year my impression is:
My water softener looks like a professional system and has worked flawlessly. My Reverse Osmosis system is fantastic and the water is pure. They give you a little electric tester so you can test it every couple months.

I have not had any problems with the new unit. Their customer service has been good. I am happy with their service.

We are very happy with their service. The young man was very knowledgable and efficient. We had a lot of techinical questions, he knew all of it. The techinician and the salesman were very good. I was very impressed with their customer service at all levels.

They customized a system for us so we could have the best of both. It turned out very well. They have great follow through and are very professional. We are currently leasing the system to see if we like it enough to purchase it.

Bryan Barrack and his water system installer Issiah did an excellent job putting in a high end, high capacity water softening unit into our home. Moving here from the East Coast my wife and I had no idea how to manage the well on our property, or live with the high mineral content associated with the well water coming into our home.
Bryan Barrack took his time and explained how well water is used here in San Diego. The water testing was done efficiently and effectively in a timely fashion. The water softening system was installed and the equipment from another water company was removed and returned to the former water softener company without having any intervention on our part.
Both my wife and I are very pleased with both the water service, and water softening equipment Culligan of Escondido sold to us.
