Awesome job, fast work, quality work, looks like a new house. Prices were really good, fair. People who did the job were polite and responsive. Keep in mind there were holes in my stucco everywhere. Paint falling off the house. They cleaned it, patched everything and then painted over 3 days. Replaced some damaged trim as well.

Exactly as estimated, physically and financially, looks like new.

We received great customer service throughout every aspect of the job. Alex and Gino were very helpful in assisting us in selecting our colors and offered great advice. Alex and Ruben went above and beyond in repairing our stucco where needed and even offered to address a few unrelated issues such as fixing our bird netting in areas that are beyond our reach. They were friendly, courteous, and very professional. They did an outstanding job and our house looks better than brand-new. We highly recommend Dan Hutchinson and CertaPro painters.

We have used CertaPro Painters on many occasions. They have painted the exterior of two houses for us and also done some interior painting. We have always been very happy with the work. Painting the exterior of our house during COVID19 last week was a new experience. The head painter and I talked through the window on our cell phones. At night I would place tape on those areas that needed attention. In the end, it worked out well and we have a beautifully painted house. Another well done CertaPro painting job.

I couldn't be more pleased with every aspect of their work - the initial estimate was careful and complete, as was their proposal; the price was towards the low end of the proposals I received; the work was done exactly as we had agreed; the painters were very thorough and arrived every day on time, worked hard and cleaned up before they left; and the management made a point of staying in touch to make sure I was satisfied throughout the process. A very impressive operation!

I again received 5-Star ***** Residential Painting Quality & Service from CertaPro Painters of North San Diego! They Rock! We've used them EVERY time we need interior or exterior painting service at our home for most of the last 20 years or so. From my first contact with them this time, the Residential Sales Estimator was at my house the NEXT day. When May's crazy rains threatened to push-back our estimated Start Date, their Production Manager proactively called me to propose a new start date, and worked with me to even push that Start Date sooner on the calendar. Their on-site painting crew: 1) Called me the Night before to confirm their 7AM start time 2) Showed-up at 7AM if not earlier 3) Worked tirelessly through the work day, without the need for my own supervision 4) The quality of their work and clean-up Exceeded my expectations (and experience from other lesser Handymen) 5) The proudly showed me each and every work site in or outside the house to review their accomplish and to ensure MY Satisfaction. Excellent company to work with they addressed all of my concerns. Not only is Martin and his crew great painters, Martin provided some of the best customer service that I have not seen in a long time. Would definitely recommend. I did not seek competitive pricing so not sure how they fare in that category, but was looking more for outstanding work and I certainly feel they delivered.

Great job! Our house looks amazing. We had several companies provide quotes for exterior house painting. While they were on the high side price wise, CertaPro was the most professional and gave us the confidence that they would do the job right. The salesperson Pascual was professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the process in detail and answered our many questions. The morning they were scheduled to start Lisa called me and let me know when they would be arriving. The crew showed up and daily and let us know they had arrived and what would be done that day and asked if we had any questions. They were quiet and respectful and cleaned up daily. The whole process took 7 days. They were very thorough, and all the trim lines are clean and straight. Excellent quality.

Excellent. The area was well prepped, the painting well done, and then the area was meticulously cleaned.

On time arrival, good patch work, roller paint window trim via long pole from ground and spray paint roof eave & trim. Cleaned up after. The original estimate was 1 to 1.5 days for two painters = ~$1300 (similar to two other estimates) but the actual work was only 4.5 hours for two painters. Surprisingly fast but visually the quality appears good.

I had them come to get an estimate and their estimate was too high, so we ended up going with somebody else. I don't think he gave me a formal estimate because he was already coming in higher than the other company. They showed up, they were professional, their price just wasn't competitive. It could have been better if it wasn't as expensive.  They had great Angie's List ratings.  The guy was punctual.  All of that was good.  The price was just too much. I went for a smaller company.  I went with an independent guy in the end.  I can't really judge them on quality when they didn't paint anything.

Overall, it went quite well and I appreciate their quality of work. The crew was very friendly and willing to please and to have the work done as I wished. When I pointed out some areas that need more attention, they readily complied, and even replaced the screen on the door because of a small tear. They worked quickly and hard.

Beautiful professional job! I was very impressed with the paint job that was completed by Pascual Mateo and his team. I had my garage door and all the trim and other doors painted on the outside of my house. They were very fleixible in scheduling and were on time and completed the job in a very timely fashion. The quality and the neatness of the job was very professional. The price was fair and working with Pascual on paint colors was easy. I definitely would recommend CertaPros and certainly will use them in the future.

Overall, the work was well done.  Our estimator, Pascual, was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.  We choose this company over a couple others because of their price and ability to provide service to our other needs of carpentry and inside painting.  That was a big plus for us.  The job site supervisor, Angel, did a great job to accommodate our requests during the week long project.  The reason I gave this company a "B" rating was due to a lack of communication, which occurred the very first day.  The job was to start on a Monday and the previous Friday had rained.  The office manager, Donna, had called me  Friday afternoon  to let me know there would be a delay to start Monday afternoon instead of Monday morning...totally understandable.  Monday morning rolled around and we got a call from the job site supervisor that he was on his way.  Not prepared for the work to start, we had to make some hasty arrangements to begin and did so within the hour or so.  Our contact for the project, Pascual, was also quite busy during the week and contact with him did not happen most days until after business hours.  The scope of our work was standard outside stucco, soffit, gutters, front door, garage doors, and railings.  I would and have recommended this company.
