As of this date the contractor has neither supplied the product agreed, or returned the deposit checks. Complaints have been made to the appropriate state agencies.
Description of Work: This contractractor was hired by my project manager to build and install kitchen cabinets ($8000 for 15 customer made deluxe cabinets). Other aspects of the project were delayed, but when it was time to actually build the cabinets, Carrigan Ekberg Construction wanted to change the price on the bid. They have refused to deliver what is written into the contract, or to return the initial deposit for the work. I would not suggest working with this company as I found them to be unresponsive and obviously not reputable. If you do choose to work with them, be sure to get EVERY SPECIFIC DETAIL in writing including what materials are to be used, brand and type of hardware to be included, layers of paint of finish to be applied, delivery dates, etc etc. They will bid low to get the business....and then want to change the price or quality of what was discussed. Buyer beware.....
