Outstanding. They got here when they said they're going to get here. They didn't mess or break anything. They did all what we told them to do. They did an excellent job. It looks so much better than the previous carpet. They were very meticulous and they were fantastic. I would highly recommend them. I would use them again in the future.

This is the fourth time I have used Carpet Club and have been happy each and every time. I originally found Carpet Club on Angie's List.
I initially worked with Neal who helped me find the carpet that met my needs and was within my budget. He was wonderful to work with and he kept me up to date and within budget.
The installer, Abel, was great. He removed the old carpet and padding and took away. Then he installed new padding and the carpet. He worked by himself and was very detailed oriented. I just had my condo painted and he did not leave one mark on the walls or baseboard...amazing. Corners were cut with precision and the seams were undetectable (I am very picky about those things). He completed the installation with a thorough vacuuming.
All in all a wonderful experience!

Everything went smoothly from estimate to installation.  When we are ready we will be using them to replace the carpet in the remaining bedrooms.

I thought they were really good. They arrived on time. For the initial customer service, an individual came out and took a look at what we needed to have done. He was prompt. We scheduled the work after that and again, he arrived on time. I was very happy with them. I would use them again for sure.

The weather forecast was for rain in the afternoon but it was an beautiful sunny day! Both teams' work was professional and completed as scheduled.
One point: the laminate job could have been scheduled a little better since the flooring team didn't arrive until 10:30 am because they had to go and pick up the materials which could have been the day before! That caused a delay that would have been a disaster *IF* the weather followed its schedule. But it didn't!
Overall we are extremely pleased with CC, their installers and quality of product at a reasonable price. Two thumbs up!

I called different carpet places for estaimtes and Neil was a really good listener and I felt that he was really listening to specific ?to me which really impressed me. He seemed to really like his job and have a genuine interest in helping me, not just to make a sale. Everything went smoothly. The two installers, who were brothers,?were very good and very efficient.

It was a good value, good installation, and customer service.

I was very happy with Carpet Club's responsiveness and service. ?Pick up and delivery is not part of the regular service, but the woman arranged for both (actually picked it up herself). ?They kept to their estimate and had the carpet back to us in good time. ?I was very pleased with the quality of the workmanship, but even moreso with their customer service.

The experience was fine except for the scheduling of the installation. It had to be re-scheduled a couple of times and when doing so, I was told by the salesman that he would get back to me "within the next 15 minutes," yet I never heard back and had to call the next day. This happened twice. On the last go-round, I thought the installation was scheduled for a Friday and I called to double-check the installers' arrival time. To my surprise, the company told me it was scheduled for Thursday. That was OK with me, but if I hadn't called, I might not have been home on Thursday when the installers arrived.

They're really good. They did a great job within the time allotted. The price was right and they had a product my husband liked.

Excellent! Rob came out within 2 days of my call and calculated the carpet needed for a 1,200 sq. ft. house. I then had him give me an estimate for another home undergoing repairs that when complete will also have carpet installed. Both homes will be going up for sale (had been rentals) so I wanted a carpet that looked nice and was not costly. Rob brought samples and I selected one. After he gave me the estimate I immediately set a date with him for the installation. His price was several hundred dollars less than Lowe's and Home Depot's SALE price. And this provider's carpet was far superior than Lowe's and H.D.'s similar carpet samples. Carpet Club also provides free estimates where the other 2 companies do not. One thing I need to add. I had figured just over 79 sq. yards (dining room and closets not carpeted) and without mentioning this to Rob he estimated 81 sq. yards. The other 2 companies figured 100 sq. yds and 105 sq. yards ( this carpet has no pattern). So I would have paid for quite a few extra yards that were not needed. The installers arrived on the day appointed (were a little late due to some installation problems with their first appointement but they kept me appraised on their delay). 4 men showed up and it was complete in under 4 hrs. There was very little waste but did leave me 2 large pieces in case I needed a repair. The installers were professional and knew exactly what they were doing. For the life of me cannot tell where the seam is in the living room. I have now recommended them to 2 friends who are also looking for new carpet.

I was disappointed with the post-installation customer support. Everything was fine through the install. The installers were great, very considerate of my home. They told me that I needed to buy and install baseboard at a certain thickness to cover the gaps left for wood (laminate) expansion. When I went to install the baseboards, I found gaps in several places. I called Carpet Club to tell them about what happened and the customer service rep said he would call the installers and ask them about possible solutions and call me back. He never did. I find it very unprofessional to not close the loop on a job, especially considering the amount of money spent. I ended up having to purchase additional baseboard to cover the gaps. Carpet Club scheduled two days to do this job, but I think they rushed to finish the job in one day and left a few areas short. I've used Carpet Club a few times before to replace carpets in rental units and I have always been pleased with their carpet installation. I had another project planned with them to install the same laminate flooring in another room of my home. However, given this last experience, I don't think I'll be using them.

It could not have been a better experience, from the first phone call to the final results. First, out of the four carpet places I called for estimates (including two on Angie's list that were top-rated) only Joe from Carpet Club came to my house to measure and bring samples. (they're located 25 mi from my house!) Joe was here the day after I called. In fact, he called an hour in advance to let me know he was running late. Now, our job wasn't the fanciest. We're selling the house and wanted inexpensive carpet. Joe had just the thing (I LOVE it) and he left the sample with us to show the realtor. We scheduled the job for two weeks away. It could have been done sooner, but we had a trip planned. The day of the job, Abel and Israel arrived right on time to install. They were amazing. I've never seen two men work so hard or so smart. They were professional from start to finish. When I asked Abel how long he'd worked for Carpet Club, I think he said 16 years. It shows. If you've ever had carpet installed you know how invasive a job it is. Our house was upside down for maybe 5 hours. But the results are beautiful. As Abel joked when he left, "It's so nice, maybe you won't move." As anyone who's ever sold a house knows, moving is emotional, no matter what. To have professional help with excellent service simply makes a hard job easier. I can't wait til our realtor sees the transformation. As for the cost? Joe's estimate came in $600 less (!) than the people who estimated over the phone. $600 less. Amazing.

After spending much time and energy on researching what type and color carpet we wanted our decision was to go with Carpet Club. Denise was our sales rep and was fantastic. She was very patient and helpful in assisting us in our selection. Her background and expertise in interior decorating was a deciding factor. We were amazed that our "custom" color was not an additional expense nor the two times they were out to measure for exactness. Originally I was told the installation would take 2 days, but when the installers arrived (4 of them) I was told they could finish it that day. And they did. They worked nonstop only for a very short lunch. The new carpet looked fabulous when complete and cleanup was excellent.

We contacted them and they came out for an estimate. They were unwilling to give us an estimate without us deciding on the exact tile and carpet we wanted. Once we decided on the tile and carpet, the estimate was given. We used their services due to their availability and price. Work was completed when they said and estimate was exact. The only issue was that they did not clean up completely and they got grout and black stuff from tiling on our freshly painted walls.

They did excellent work as a team, removing all scraps of carpeting and leaving nothing behind. They had a great price and a flexible payment system as we choose the installment plan. We also opted for the scotch guard option. We might even hire them again for our bathroom, which is in need of some tiling work.

I used the "Shop at home" link on their web site as a point of first contact. Didn't get a response for a couple of weeks. (Was supposed to get $50 off for having used the on-line link, but this was never itemized anywhere.) Once they called back, Mike came out with a skimpy selection of samples. We ended up ordering our own samples from Armstrong on-line, and then bringing those samples into the store to match against the larger selection they had there. Job was supposed to take 3 days (Wed-Fri) but actually took 7 days (Wed-Tue) because they we missing a box of laminate, and had to order more. The tear-out was OK, but pretty dusty. The installer was nice but not completely equipped for the job...he had to borrow some tools, and I set up fans to try to control the dust. He cleaned up well, daily. For the stained molding, they had an inadequate color selection. I ran to the store to get a better color. Final job looks nice and we are happy, but it required my attention.

Workers were on time and professional, and did an excellent job on a challenging install. We had carpet that required a pattern match and many stairs. They did a great job.

Excellent from start to finish. I received a call with in one hour of my original e-mail. Great service in the carpet store. Promptness upon measuring and installations. Absolutlely professional. I am now using for my condo in OB.

THE SALESPERSON, ROMA BLACKMON, WAS VERY HELPFUL, PATIENT, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE CARPET CAME IN WHEN PROMISED. THE INSTALLERS WERE PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, AND EFFICIENT. THE CARPET AND INSTALLATION ARE OF HIGH QUALITY, INCLUDING CUSTOM STAIRCASE WORK.
