During the last heavy rains we had another leak start that caused quite a puddle. Today Robert and another worker came out again to take care of this new problem. Here we are into the 3rd year of the warranty (which no one else would offer us) and he is fully backing up his work. This superior customer care is why I am writing a review. I find this extraordinary service hard to find these days and I appreciate this man's work ethic and skill!
