+ -1 moreThe company was represented by Mark Gutierrez, the sales manager. He was easy to work with and explained the whole process to us beforehand. The work was done in three days, on schedule and with no delays. There was very little debris, and the workers cleaned up everything visible.( We will find nails and bits and pieces of things as time goes by, but that is to be expected. No roofer can clean up and leave absolutely nothing behind.) The price was comparable to the price our neighbors paid to have their roof done, and we think it was fair I will recommend this company to others with no hesitation.
Description of Work: Lifted all the barrel tiles on our roof and replaced the underlayment with new, 30# felt roofing paper, laid down all new metal valleys, installed new, fire-resistant roof vents, covered and sealed the ridges and installed new drip cap and bird stop to prevent critters and fire from getting up underneath the tiles. They replaced broken tiles and relaid everything with new nails and spikes.
