BTW, we are still waiting for him to seal the tile which he promised he would return within 48 hours to do! (Yes, we ended up doing that ourselves too!).
I would not recommend this company to worse enemy.
"First of all this person was very difficult from the begining . When a customer constantly says they have no money, The policy I have is to accept cash. I have been burned to many times from bad checks. Second: this customer insisted on getting there own materials to save money. When this happens I cannot warranty the materials. She purchased a tub and faucet from some warehouse on graigs list. This company only deals in chinese imports and is not a plumbing supplier. The first Two tubs and faucets where both chipped and scratched and had to be returned, costing me 3 hrs that I did not charge to the customer. We finally got to installing the plumbing. The new faucet is made to sit on the ground and be movable. In this case california code says have shut off valves. This was done properly. The faucet was only pressed together not soldiered by code. This caused two more times to replace for free. This a lesson. Do not by Cheap Chinese Products"
