Bolivar Construction

He gave us a bid to do some work on our deck. We paid about half of the amount, and he was only suppose to ask for $1,000 of the job. He ended up cashing the whole check of $7000.  We wanted to put the project on hold soon after, and he would not give our money back. He never returned to do the work and never followed through with us. He never orderded any materials and never had anything delivered.  He said we couldn't put a job on hold and said he could not give us our money back.

Miguel Bolivar visited the site each day of construction and often worked with or personaly directed his staff.  He made cost saving recomendations as an integral part of his services.  His estimates were reasonable and he consistently stayed within budget. He has an excellent sense of color and texture and often helped us decide the appropriate materials to use as well as suggesting alternate color schemes.  He consistently made his time estimates for the various stages of the remodel.  He stayed within his estimates and cleaned-up the site after each step in the remodel was completed.  His crew was careful to protect our furnishings and privacy.  Overall it was a unique and pleasant experience.
