Bob Davis Realtor

We had just moved from Cape Cod, MA, to Escondido, CA and needed to find a realtor. Bob was recommended by a friend whose daughter also bought a house with Bob's help. It was the best purchase experience ever, and we have bought 5 homes in the past. He knows CA law and all its ins and outs and is a local boy, having been born and raised in the San Diego area. His attention to the million details of a house purchase, such as inspections, repairs, signatures on the right paper at the right time, etc, is superb and makes sure they are handled in an efficient and friendly way. In addition, he was able to recommend an excellent mortgage contact at our bank and a great escrow company that was just as sharp and on top of details as Bob is. There was a point where we were unsure if the HOA would allow us to do some of the changes we wanted to the house and he went the extra miles to get us a contact person who could answer our questions in a very timely way. He was available immediately by cel phone for whatever the need and was always happy to help us out with any issue. I would recommend him and his company without hesitation; they are the definition of EXCELLENT customer service.
