Best Western Home Inspection

I'm a first time home buyer, very scary, lots of money and intense worry. Rob did two home inspections for me. The first one fell out of escrow not because of the inspection report, but it gave me a lot of information about the house condition. I decided poor workmanship, a complete new roof and other "strange" issues was not worth paying for. The second house was in much better condition, cheaper, same amount of land. In the pouring rain Rob climbed up on the roof to assess the condition, he found pooling problems and suggested a roof inspection. He does a very in-depth inspection. Even climbed under the house. His inspection reports are easy to read, complete with pictures and arrows pointing out the deficit. He gave me the option to walk around with him, and I did. He is a wealth of information. He told me what he was finding and explained the proper way to have items fixed. If it was something that I could fix he told me how best to do it, but referred me to proper professional services when the job was above my level. He recommend specific inspections (such as a roofer and electrician on the first house, a pool and roof inspection on the second). I knew these inspections would be worth the cost, and in the end saved me a lot of money.

He is very professional, timely and even showed me pictures at the end of the inspection, reviewing what we talked about. Not all home buyers attend the inspection but he was the bright spot in my home buying experience. I would recommend Rob and Best Western Home Inspections without hesitation. He did give me a discounted price on the second inspection, which is the price I indicated.
