Plumber was a little late, and no one called to tell us he was running late (calling would have earned them a higher grade in punctuality). But when he arrived, he was able to fix the problem quickly and explain what had happened in a way we could understand. He also fixed our rocking toilet in the least expensive way (and told us what the other, far more expensive way would have been).

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR YEARS AND HAVE BEEN VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE AND POLITENESS OF THE SERVICEMEN. IN THIS CASE, THEY WERE 4 HOURS LATE BECAUSE THE SECRETARY FORGOT TO LOG THE CALL. BECAUSE OF THE INCONVENIENCE TO ME, THE WORK WAS DONE FOR FREE.
