Description of Work: Tenting and repair of affected areas. |I cannot say enough good things about Art and the crew. They were prompt and professional, and fully explained what they recommended. The work they did not only met but exceeded my expectations. The job was completed on time and on budget, and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

 + -1 moreI purchased my home 15 years ago and Available Termite did the work for the close of escrow. The following year when I wanted someone to do an inspection, I called my realtor and she highly recommended Available T. She used them for most of her real estate transactions. I have had a contract with them ever since. I have been dealing with Art Torres each year and found him to be very personable and thorough. I have called him several times in between inspections to look at something and he always responds promptly (and doesn’t charge extra). When I remodeled my home at my request he came out to inspect some areas that were opened up as a result of the remodel. The area had termite damage, Mr. Torres repaired it in a timely manner so as not to hold up the other workers. I gladly recommend this company.
