He had one guy out at our house digging footings for 7 months. We were told that he would be using contractors but he was doing all the work himself and none of the work was up to code. He also remodeled the landscape which he should not have done since he is not experienced with that. He did the plumbing himself rather than contracting a licensed plumber. We have leaky walls. He went way over budget. He also still has a large amount of money to us from this project we fired him from. A $30,000 job cost us $70,000.
