I showed up at their store with the exact part that I was trying to replace, in addition to the model number of my disposal. They sold me a gasket that was a GE Part, even though my disposal was an In-Sink-Erator. They were rather rude when I questioned if this part would fit my disposal. I was given no warning at that time what would happen if they were wrong and the part did not fit, AND WERE THEY EVER WRONG! The part was not even close in size to the one I had given them. They could have held the old one up to the part they sold me and known that they were off. No wonder they did not give me back my old part. When I went to return the part that did not fit, the guy was beyond rude. No apologies for selling me the wrong part, but instead he told me that he would not take it back. He said, "You must not have learned how to read" On the receipt that was put in the bag after the sale, was some very tiny print that I had not seen. BEWARE! In that tiny print it states: "No returns on electrical, gas items and special orders. No returns after 10 days. All parts sold are guaranteed on replacement basis only. No cash refund will be made. No warranty on plastic or electrical parts. All claims and returned goods must be accompanied by this bill. 20% restock fee will be charged on all returnable merchandise. What a laugh! There is nothing that they sell that is returnable, so don't worry about the restock fee. When the guy made the rude remark about not being able to read, I told him I would never come here again, to which he said, "Good, now get the h*** out of my store". That is a lot of grief for a $6.00 part.
