They were very professional and courteous. Arrived on time and worked consistently until the project was done. Cleaned up any debris and left us a beautiful patio cover roof! Highly recommend them!

Last week I was talking with my daughter on the phone while she was driving. I told her I needed to find some one to repair our roof before the rain came again, and I did not know where to start. Alvarez Roofing is a father and son team. They are customer service oriented, friendly and hard workers. I interviewed 3 roofers and their bid was much lower than the highest bid. I'm glad I found them and you wil be also.

They were quick to respond and were able to start and finish the project in one day soon after they were contacted.

They pointed out problems with the way the old roof was done. Had to replace lot of wood. Took pictures to show me. Explain to me what they need to do before put new shingles. They did a great job on my roof and the price was good.

We hired Alvarez Roofing to repair our patio repair the roofing on our patio covers. The previous installers did not seal the torch down material properly. This resulted in leaks and damaged the wood. Alvarez Roofing accessed the damage and it became obvious the people who built our covers cut corners and were not professional. Alvarez took the time to take video and several pictures of all the various repairs required. They never pressured us in anyway. They were very professional and courteous. My wife and I felt like they were kind and caring people. We would highly recommend them to anyone who has any roofing needs.

I chose ALVAREZ ROOFING (from 4 companies who provided bids) to remove all concrete tile from my 33 year-old house, install new underlayment, replace broken tile, correct previous construction defects, and install several roof vents. Both Francisco and Cristian were proficient, knowledgable and incredibly organized. They were happy to answer any questions I had before and during the construction process. Additionally they were willing to comply with my request to add some new roof vents days after the contract was signed and construction started. The crew cleaned up the area around my house nicely at each work- days end. The entire job went smoothly and was completed as promised. I am more than satisfied with the quality of work and bid price. I do highly recommend ALVAREZ ROOFING for roofing jobs like this.

Super professional. Nice people actually came out to give us a price, looked at roof and explained what caused the problem and took pictures of the roof leak and how it was fixed. If we ever need a bigger job done, we now have a roofing company we know and will use again.

Christopher showed up in the rain to give me an estimate and performed the work as soon as the weather cleared. I had to to cancel the day before the scheduled repair because of tenant concerns and he happily rescheduled for us. He was always on time.

The company was professional, fair priced and completed the job on 14 by 16 patio cover.

They punctured my gas line with their roofing nail, leaving my family and I without heat, hot water and the ability to cook food on our stove for over two days. I had to take off work for those days as I waited on the repairs and the inspection by the city. They are refusing to pay for the damages caused and denying any wrong doing. I informed them of the problem and have not heard back from them. I will be turning this over to my insurance and possibly small claims court. Do not use them, they do not stand up for their mistakes. If this is the quality of work to be found on this site I can not and will not be using this site for any more jobs nor will I recommend this site to any of my family and friends. Do not use Alvarez Roofing, they will not stand by their work.
