Alessio Heating & Air

This wasn't the price they would charge for a full check up. I've used them for about 5 years. They installed the system and they did a great job doing that. I call them a couple times of year to come out and check it. They're very professional, knowledgeable and easy to schedule. I've never had any problems with them. If there is an issue, they come out. I've been very happy with them. I don't know how to compare price but I think they are all similar.

The communication as I recall it was okay, I mean we had them do the work. I have investigated a lot of different companies and that’s the one I went with. I was happy with everything about the situation, it went smoothly. It was like one day, they just come in and take the old one out and put in the new air conditioner and furnace. I don’t think it took them more than one, I think it was all done in the same day. All I remember is that everything went well, they put it in and they did a good job. There were no problems that I remember. As I remember the price was pretty good. I can’t remember what it is, but I know that it was reasonable. I had investigated other companies, so I know that the price was pretty good. I do use them.

They are a good company. I have 2 units and I think it was $100 for each unit.

Perfect. I called them in morning after determining that the furnace wouldn't start. They came to the house within a few hours...diagnosed the problem...replaced the pump...and were gone in 30 minutes. I could NOT ask for better service.

We picked Alessio Heating and Air after getting 5 quotes from other companies. Paul Alessio is a really nice guy, very friendly, professional and courteous.We liked him from the moment he walked into the house and started giving us a detailed account of what needed to be done to completely overhaul our 23 year old A/C system. At no time did we feel pressurized or that he was trying to sell services that we did not need.They started work on Wendnsday morning and finished Friday afternoon as Paul stated they would. 5 guys working in my house and they were a fantastic crew.They cleaned up at the end of every day so I had minimal mess to deal with.My husband and I are totally satisified with the work performed and would not hesitate to recommend ALESSIO HEATING and AIR, INC to anybody who wants a reasonably priced, honest hard working company to work on their A/C system.

I was referred by a relative of theirs. They had a problem initially and couldn’t get the furnace working. I think it was because they were not used to the model. Later on they came out each time I called them and made things right. They were pretty good.

THIS COMPANY CAME IN AND WORKED AT A VERY RAPID AND ORGANIZED PACE. THEY DID A GREAT JOB INSTALLING THE NEW SYSTEM AND SHOWING US HOW TO USE IT EFFICIENTLY.
