 + -1 moreThe technician arrived an an unmarked white van, in plain clothes, so I had no way to distinguish him as a representative of Unimaster (or any company for that matter). He was utterly unprofessional and I will never allow this company back in my house.
Description of Work: This company was sent by my home warranty company to replace a leaking water heater. The technician mumbled a few things, but never answered my simple questions: "Is it broken?" and "Can I still use hot water?" I was required to pay him for his estimate, but did not have him perform the replacement.
