I would say they are not A or B as far as some work, the problem with them is queuing. Pricing is okay.

When we bought the home we paid for a professional home inspection.  That revelaed that there was condensation dripping from the AC unit in the attic into a light fixture in the home.  The inspector recommended that the pvc pipes that drain the condensation away from the unit in the attic be blown out to clear them so that they would drain properly.
I explained this to the technician Jose.  However, he told me that was not the problem, that we the drip pan below our coils was corroded and it was all one piece and therefore the entire coil and pan had to be replaced.  This would cost $2,200 and oh-by-the-way since you have two units, well you need $4,400 in work.  I nearly passed out.
I didn't have the work done at that point, I told him we would think about it.  I told my story to a friend who knows a licensed HVAC contractor who came over as a favor.  He went up and looked at our system.  Turns out our pan is PVC and therefore CANNOT corrode!!!!!  Our coils are just fine.  This guy blew out the pvc pipes and that has fixed the problem of condensation dripping onto the ceiling below.  It cost me $200.

Every 6 months they come for maintenance such as replacing the filter and so on. My mother said that the men are always so nice, courteous, kind and do great work. I got an excellent heating & A/C system that is energy efficient and has never had any problems.

I was quoted $105 for the visit which lasted 15 minutes. The unpleasant surprise was the price of the igniter $267. There is no way this tiny device could be that expensive. When I contacted the company to complain I was told that "restaurants charge more for their food". I found this deceptive and indicated I would never again use this company for service.

Air conditioner was running too long and not cooling enough - thus costing too much to run. The service person did inspection call (separate charge $65) and recommended the evaporator coil needed to be cleaned and gave initial estimate of up to $800. Additional request on a whole house fan issue which an electrician could not diagnose - was diagnosed in 2 minutes. If the fan had not been so old and we could have found a $15 replacement part, we could have done the work ourselves. As it was I was more than happy to pay the $98 to have the technician do the repair. Thus the AC repair work ended up to be $225 for labor as the repair took less time than the original estimate. The AC has been working great since the repair and the house fan, too. I am thrilled with the work done and the cost.
