The most unhelpful people on earth, from the sales personnel to their tech department. Uncaring and I'm not even certain they know what they are doing in the first place! I'll never go back for ANYTHING again.

WHEN I CALLED ON THE PHONE; THEY QUOTED ME ONE PRICE, BUT WHEN I WENT INTO THE STORE; THEY TOLD ME ANOTHER PRICE; THE COST WENT UP $20.00; NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE INCREASE IN PRICE AND THEY TOOK A LONG TIME GETTING MY COMPUTER BACK TO ME.
