Great experience. William Orr came by gave me a quote and had someone available to do the repair the next day.
The repair to the hardwood floor was a great match to the existing wood and stain.
William also came by twice to check on the work while it was being done and once it was finished. Greatly appreciated the attention to such a small job.

The service guy was on time, and careful to cover my furniture and carpet. He did a very good job. My floor looks like new!

William Orr and his guys (he calls his Hardwood floor company Treasure Trading) did an amazing job with my hardwood floor install. The finished floors look amazing, have no issues (squeeks, etc) and all the little details were done with the utmost care.
William and the 2 guys he brought with him to work on our floors were all extremely nice and very detailed oriented. This is my 2nd remodel, and William was the nicest, most professional, worker I've ever dealt with. He was punctual, friendly, extremely knowledgable about hardwoods and the installation (honestly, its shocking how some installers really dont know that much about wood). He had no problem with making a few minor changes that i requested, such as removing a board around my fireplace bc i wasn't a fan of that particular piece of the wood. When I asked for references, he emailed them to me right away - and they all were outstanding, and now i know why!
I was going to use my contractor to install the floors, but my contractors floor guy said the wood i bought was and quot;badand quot; and won't install it! they wanted me to return it. Well, after talking to 20 different installers/floor guys/contractors/millers - I realized my wood was fine and the install was the issue. So after all of that running around, the good news was that at least I found William!
