RG Electric Inc

Although RG Electric was highly recommended, my project experience was only fair. Following the work completion, the City Inspector did not approve permit until aluminum wiring was treated (which the RG Electric technician was unaware of), however, the Inspector did wait and finally approved permit. RG Electric was not familiar with what documentation or how to provide me with written documentation of the permit (I paid additional cost for permit). Now that the project is completed, I'm not able to get a PIF receipt, but during the entire process, they will demand money.

The wine room refrigeration unit in my house wasn't working properly. I recently purchased this house and this was my first experience with this type of thing. The first electrician I hired spend almost an hour trying to figure out the unit and in the end was unsuccessful. About a week later, I called Roy at RG electric Inc. He came out few hours after I called and had the unit off within about 5 minutes. It just needed to be unplugged and he knew exactly where to look. He didn't charge me because he said he could not in good conscience charge me for literally pulling a plug out of the wall. He's friendly, professional and I will definitely hire him to fix the other electrical issues that come along with purchasing a new property.

These guys are great.Called them out for a estimate on a few projects, and Roy came to the house within a few hours. We ultimately ended up using them for a ceiling fan install, and some corrections to our other fans. The technician was prompt, polite, and worked quickly. I'm very happy with their service and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Roy and his crew were amazing.  Our old house (built in the 1950's) needed a complete electrical overhaul.  They re-wired the whole thing, upgraded the service to be able to handle more power, put in outlets and recessed lights throughout, put in modern LED lights, under-cabinet lights, and installed exterior lights -- all without a SINGLE problem.  They even went above & beyond the scope of our original agreement and did some extra work at no cost.  On top of it, Roy, Jose and everyone else who came to the house were real professionals. Roy really seems like a genuinely great guy.  I will be sure to contact him in the future, for anything from very minor to major.

Roy was prompt and professional. He gave us several options for additional electric work, outlining the process for each and providing rough estimates. We had previously discussed  these options with two other electricians, and Roy provided an option the others had not mentioned which would meet our needs better. We would highly recommend his company to anyone who needs electrical service.

Roy and the  RG Electric team were so great!  I called him on a Wednesday to install wiring and lighting outdoors in both my front and back yards. Roy had the proposal that evening, and came to do the work the following Monday!  His team was so professional and trusting.  We would use him again in a heartbeat!  Thank you and great work!

Roi called me the day before to confirm the arrival time, he gave me arrival time between 8-10 AM.
on the day of the work they showed up at 8:00 AM sharp (very impressive)

He and his co-worker were incredibly professional and did a fabulous job. He was so clean in his work and we had every reason to trust him while we were at work, leaving him and the painters in our house. We are going to use him again and will continue to use him as we move to different houses.

Roy and his other counterpart, did a great job. He helped us choose the spots to put our lights and didn't pressure us to install more than we were comfortable with. Our living room looks awesome now! Roy is great to work with, very patient, and even went out of his way to call us at night on the day he installed the lights to see how everything was. He answered all of our many many questions, and never seemed to mind! Because we're in a condo, we were told it's more tricky to do this sort of thing, and Roy knew just what he was doing. We're definitely going to use him again in the future!

Although I was not there to see him or his crew work or validate if he was on time, I did receive a call from him on the first morning (7AM) that he was unable to get in the house as promised. Based on that I hope he was always on time and I'm sure he was. He is very easy to talk to, very professional, and very responsive. He would give his opinion if we asked him. Install was done quickly and he was very clean. He was also very patient with us since we kept adding items to the original job. Final cost was higher only because we kept adding things for him to do. Definitely give Roy a call! Two thumbs up!

He was great and I am very happy with the work they did. They were clean, on time, and very good with safety because I do have children in the home, so there were no exposed wires or anything like that.
