After a series of many bids, from at least 10 different companies, I chose to go with Premier Property Developers, inc. The owner of the company, Stephan Haber was recommended to me by a good friend, who is a Realtor. Many of the people that I met during the bidding process were very nice, but I found that Stephan was the most likable and professional. Comparing all of the prices together, I found that his overall price was even a bit lower than many of the separate bids I received from other companies. His promise of being on budget, on time and always available to me was reassuring and clinched the deal! The whole job was done efficiently and professionally. The most important part was that Mr. Haber was, as he promised, on time, on budget and, if he couldn't be onsite one day, he was available by phone almost immediately. I would definitely use his services again. I found to be personable, attentive, very detail orientated and a pleasure to work with.

It's beautiful. His guys were very professional and clean. Everyone showed up on time. The workmanship came out really nicely and I am not an easy customer to please! : ) I would highly recommend them to anyone with total confidence. I am very happy with his services.
