+ -1 moreAfter a series of many bids, from at least 10 different companies, I chose to go with Premier Property Developers, inc. The owner of the company, Stephan Haber was recommended to me by a good friend, who is a Realtor. Many of the people that I met during the bidding process were very nice, but I found that Stephan was the most likable and professional. Comparing all of the prices together, I found that his overall price was even a bit lower than many of the separate bids I received from other companies. His promise of being on budget, on time and always available to me was reassuring and clinched the deal! The whole job was done efficiently and professionally. The most important part was that Mr. Haber was, as he promised, on time, on budget and, if he couldn't be onsite one day, he was available by phone almost immediately. I would definitely use his services again. I found to be personable, attentive, very detail orientated and a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: Removal of three layers of roofing material on house and garage and installation of new roofing materials in addition, at approximately the same time. The removal and installation of a new air conditioning unit on roof and new whole house ducting.

I have been extremely satisfied with his work. He is trustworthy, dependable, able to exceed deadlines. His work is incredible. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Currently restoring a 2000 Square Ft. upper Duplex in Beverly Hills - refinishing wood floors, re-glazing sinks and tubs, exterior painting and interior painting, extensive plastering inside and out, some electrical and plumbing. $86,000. Prior work: 1986 he complete a remodel of downstairs (5600 sq ft home in Beverly Hills). New kitchen, bath, maids, playroom ,dinette, dining room and living room entrance. $400,000. 1988 Gutted the upstairs of same hours, remodeled three bedrooms, study, and two baths-fabulous work. Lived there for twenty more years. $325,000. 2004 he redid the concrete driveway and back section of my Beverly Hills home. Looks wonderful. $60,000 2007 8 Unit property in Beverly Hills. Architectural plans, complete exterior remodel. $325,000. In 2014 he renovated a 1960s home that I recently purchased and added 500 square feet more to the house turning into a beautiful home in Encino- cost was $275,000, completing it in 6 weeks. Very well done. Later 2014 I also purchased a smaller single home in Sherman Oaks. He remodel it for $80,000. 2008 all new, fab job-$230K Century Park East 2009 Century City Ave of the Stars condo redo $125K
