Tim Rittenhouse installed a drain, thereby bringing our Jacuzzi in compliance with new laws. Mr. Rittenhouse handled obtaining the necessary permit. He showed up on time as scheduled and is professional and friendly. He did a good job for a very reasonable price.

At first their service was ok, but after awhile it became less so. Finally, after weeks of lackadaisical service during which the pump stopped working, and the pool began to turn green, we included a letter with their check canceling their service, and they verified receipt. We then hired a service man to fix the pump, and learned the main problem stemmed from recent mis wiring. Three weeks after receiving the cancellation order, they tried to bill us for the work done by the other party. I?ll give them one for nerve, and minus about a hundred for sense. Avoid these people.
