MR. GODINA IS VERY FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT. HE COMES AND PERFORM HIS TASKS REGULARLY. THEY MOW THE GRASS, CUT EDGES AND RAKE THE LEAVES AND DEBRIS. SOMETIMES, THEY WEED A LITTLE. THEY WOULD DO MORE WORK IF I AM HERE TO ASK THEM. OTHERWISE, THEY WOULD JUST DO THE BASIC TASKS.
