With our 350ft new room addition, Olympia Construction did try to sit down with us to work with our budget, give us free rein on what fixtures we would like to put in, and give us input and advice on design, I just wish Ryan’s shared more of his expertise in the areas where we unknowledgeable like light fixtures choices before installing. There were some disagreements and unclear objectives which should addressed in the contract. Make sure all the measurements are on point and everything you want is in the contract, including if you want them there at the work site at least every working week day. Lock in your completion date. His foreman was great. Overall it was a nice experience.

My project involved an addition (114 sq ft) to the kitchen to bring the washer/drier into the house (used to be in a shed in the backyard), complete kitchen and bathroom remodel, complete electrical rewiring for the entire house, brand new central HVAC system including new ducts, a deck, windows replacement and complete indoor paint for the whole house. we were living in the house while the construction was going on; Ryan and the crew worked with us to accommodate our needs as much as possible and still finished the job in time with good quality. Ryan is easy to work with and trustworthy, he does what he says and you don't need to write them down. Ryan's foreman Raul is also very easy to work with and tries his best to accommodate the request. I'm very happy with my kitchen, bathroom and all the work that's done in the project.

SO SO happy that we hired Olympia Construction. Ryan, Raul, Norman, and the rest of the crew were not only very professional (always on-time, hard working, 6-days a week, ), but also very friendly on a personal level, and they went above-and-beyond to make sure that everything was done right. It was easily the best experience we've had with a contractor, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Olympia to anyone that asks. Thanks again!

Ryan, the owner of Olympia Construction, is very personable, helpful, competitive and hard working. I had an addition constructed by them and they did a fantastic job. Olympia Construction did a fantastic job on our home. Ryan came out and went over the contract in detail. I was happy to see everything broken out and specifics were listed. The project ran smooth with very little set backs. His crews for each phase of the project cleaned up after days end & respected our home. I made many changes throughout the project (tile, tile design, flooring pattern, etc.). Ryan & Raul worked very well to accommodate my changes. Ran and his crew are excellent, hard-working people and I am very happy with our final result. THey rebuilt our house and made it very modern and elegant. Highly recommend their services. On top of that his prices are reasonable and the whole project was affordable

Olympia construction is an amazing construction company. I am so pleased with the work they have done in my house. I added a 250 Square foot room with a gorgeous closet room and I remodeled my kitchen! I love my new kitchen! Ran is so professional,so was his crew. They did exactly what i wanted. They were so polite, very professional, and super clean. The job was done in the finest way possible and was finished at the time that was scheduled by Ran. The price for the job was fair compared to quotes given by other companies. I was so happy I chose Olympia for this project. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Terrible!!!! Contractor came only twice during the project and that was in the first week. He stated that he had a crew which was incorrect. Most of the time it was day Labour's who the foreman would drop off. Most of them couldn't read or understand the blueprints and being unskilled resulted in work being done 2 to 3 times. If you didn't catch the mistakes, don't count on the foreman because if he showed, would sit in his car the whole day. I'm talking about the entire roof being redone rafters included. Walls 6 inch off their mark. They took short cuts on everything and somethings could end up killing someone. I would spend my weekends rebuilding things, because I got tried of having the same conversation with the contractor, who would blame the workers. Workers wouldn't show up or would walk off the job for not being paid , which the contractor would tell them that we weren't paying. Once we found this out , we showed the one or two guys if we're lucky that we were paid up to date and that the contractor was withholding their money. We didn't haggle the price in the beginning, he gave us the price and a ten week competition date. Almost a year later ( painful year) and cutting the job down we are done with him. In the end, he had to refund us money for my time spent fighting with him to get his act together. I could go on forever, but I hope you get the point.

"[Member Name Removed] if you was very unhappy you could stop us from begging on in middle but you never stop us because you had the felling that you find contractor to take an advantage on him .( you Dident ) You always had problem with every company that came to help you to remodel same think . You had problem with the guy that build for you the swimming pool for Sam reason . You are nice person from beggining but smart and poker face after the first day of the project . You try to take adventures on every person that you meet in your life . You always had asscuse to not to pay or not to be happy . From beggining after the blue print done you change the plan alot time because you say you wife want bigger shower or more light or closet witch create problem and delete. I have a lot of costumer and all of them happy and I believe you also happy from your new master bathroom room addition that we complete and not you . but the only problem that you get use to people to response to you at any time that yo want ( like soldiers and capitan ) but you have to understand with all the respect , no one is your soldiers. You also probably do it because you ask from me to came to visit that place that you working but I didn't want to came but it's not a reason to act like you act at that message , again no one own you nathink ."
