handyman service
+ -1 moreArrived several hours late, company is the handyman (Doug) and his son. They worked continuously until completed It was done well, but overpriced for some areas (the $100 in the coupoin is added with padding of some costs)..... I don'\t feel I got $100 off, but he was versatile and able to complete all of the tasks well in a timely period. He had a book of references......no numbers but examples. He was professional and talented, work was done well. Areas that could be improved? WIth outside stucco repair, painting this repair, I painted it later that day All inall a good experience and I would recommend this handyman and use again.
Description of Work: Dig a whole for dog underground (8' X14'wide) $50, repair door stucco on back sliding glass door ($125), remove and replace ceiling fan $100, Fix sliding glass wardrobe closet door $75, Paint one small bedroom - not roof $250, Add wood bumper to wall to prevent continued wheelchair damage $100, Estimate for supplies $75 I called him with a coupoin that was $100 off, so the quote was for $725, then with the minus of $100 and addition of supplies the total quote was $650 with $75 supplies.......final price was $685 (total suplies were $25) and labor was $660 I also had a screen door measured and replaced (it was an additon $35
