It went perfectly. Mordy and his professional crew used the best materials and workmanship. Garage was completed and inspected in a timely manner. We were very happy with the results. He matched the exterior and color of the stucco, and even the roofing material to match our existing home and garage. We highly recommend Mordy Construction.

I had just purchased my condo and needed to fix it up. I had no design or decorating sense at all, but Mordy came in with a lot of intriguing ideas and a lot of confidence and made it all work. It was really a work of perfection. The living room was very big, and he came up with a design to accent one wall off the others such that no matter how the lighting lit the room, it looked warm and inviting from every angle. I just loved the result. So much so that when an earthquake shook the building and cracked a portion of the drywall around a picture window frame and tore the wallpaper, I did not repair it even though the insurance would cover it. I know that sounds nuts, but you would have to see the room to understand how great it looks even with the tear after so many years. So I left it as is and put in some wooden blinds that covered that portion of wall when the blinds swung open, which is most of the day. People still marvel at the workmanship after all these years.

It was great working with Mordy. We are absolutely happy with the results of our home remodeling. I can’t find anything to complain about. He was professional, worked efficiently and skilled. His ability to listen to exactly what you want, is a major plus. Then goes above and beyond to getting the job done nicely and on time. I am pleased all over, and I am sure this is the best remodeling contractor I have worked with. I would highly recommend him if you are going to remodel your house. Even if you need a small job done around your house he can get the job done.

We did the project in two phases because we lived in the house while the work was being done. Basically the whole house was redone except the garage. What amazed me was how clean the work was at the end of every day. The professionalism and constant communication was key. There were never issues of misunderstandings that I worried would happen from horror stories from friends. Not the case with Mordy, he was straight-forward and reliable. And once the project was done, he checked in months later to make sure we were still happy. He connected us with the architect who designed our remodel and addition - taking our home from 1400 sqft to 2100 and from 2 bathrooms to three that includes a huge master bath. Our kitchen remodel rivals any mansion-sized kitchen and is certainly the centerpiece of the home. My one regret is not going UP and adding a second floor. The workmanship is so good, you’d think we spent millions.
