Good repair but very pricy.

kept the car for three days. Billed me $2,400. Theere was more work need, but at a cost of an additional $1700. I decided to pass. I mean, they're good if you can afford them.

I emailed the dealer to ask if they had a very specific model, listing the colors and options desired. I also asked the dealer to please NOT tell me they have the exact car I want -- just to get me in the door -- and then try to sell me somethning else. This has happened too many times and I am tired of wasting my time.
So what did they do? They Emailed back saying yes, sure come on in for a test drive, and all that drivel, only to end up stating they did not actually have the car I inquired about (an SUV), and proceeded to try to sell me on a sedan. EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED THEM NOT TO DO. Guess where I won't be buying a new car!

I had a scheduled appointment for this service which is done annually on my car by Mercedes Benz of Encino. My experience has always been positive. My Mercedes is a 2008 and since I purchased it brand new this dealership has performed all of my auto service repairs and maintenance. I trust them completely in insuring that my vehicle performance is the best. Although my car is 4 years old it still performs like new. The service is great and my service adviser attends to all my concerns and vehicle maintenance needs explaining everything in detail before the work is done. I highly recommend this dealership because of that personal touch and the excellent service provided to their customers.

My issue was immediately resolved. More importantly, Drew Herman and the team at Mercedes Benz of Encino is extraordinary! It is because of their diligence, professionalism, honesty, etc that I will continue to purchase Mercedes. I can't even imagine trusting any other service associate! Trust is a BIG component when you reference automotive repairs. (PS.. My car is 7 years old and although, I will be getting a new car this year, it is because of Drew Herman's efforts that my 7 year old Mercedes is in such great mechanical shape!)

I have not been using them that long. I will take it there to have it serviced. Their customer service was excellent. It went very smooth, they were very fair on the price, and they were very accommodating. They said they would come sync my garage door to my car and they did my phone to my car. They were just above and beyond in customer service as far as I was concerned.

Merceedes Binz of Encino are a great company. They are very customer oriented and professional. They are also very reliable and always provide great service.  I have been using this company since 2004.  I would recommend their services to anyone.
