But more than that, she always went the extra mile to follow up,, keep us informed, be prompt and responsive, and patiently answer questions and get us whatever information or help we needed. Even in the years since when I have had a real estate or property question, she has taken the call and provided guidance - always with a smile and an attitude that she cares about her customers.
