"[Member name removed], Allow me to re-explain what happened; your wife ([name removed]) called me and said there was a leak under the bedroom because the floor was elevated and clearly there was water damage. I asked her who lived here, and she replied that the tenant had just left, in which left the house in this condition. I crawled under the house to see if there were any water leaks under the bedroom floor. I did not find any water pipes in that area, I explained to her that the tenant prior had spilled water and damaged the floor. I checked the meter and found that its been running, which in fact means there's a water leak. I explained to your wife that in order to find the leak we had to call a water leak detection company. She agreed, and I had called the company as well as waited two hours for their arrival. When they had arrived, he stated that the price would be $350.00 to find the leak. She agreed, and the gentleman went on the search to find the leak. He found the leak in the guestroom toilet, I asked your wife if she wanted me to fix the toilet, and she declined. She paid the leak detection company $350.00 and we left. Your wife had called me an hour after, and she exclaimed there was no hot water in the house. I returned to your residence and found that the previous tenant had shut off the gas valve for the water heater. I lite the water heater, checked if the hot water was running and had charged her $40.00 for returning. I don't understand why you would put a terrible review when I basically worked for free for you."

"I'm sorry you feel that my service deserved an F rating. You might have forgotten what had happened. You see, you called me at 8pm and asked for a plumber. I came by, checked out your problem and told you it would be $200.00. You offered me $100.00 and I told you for $100.00 you can call someone else. On my way out you followed me to my car and decided that $200.00 would be acceptable. Your kitchen sink was clogged beyond means. I had to run 40 feet of sewer cable to get under the house and remove the grease that accumulated from the food. I finished the job within an hour so you can get back to your evening as soon as possible. You paid me the $200.00, said thank you and I left. I'm unsure as to how my service would be rated an F and why you'd think I was aggressive. My prices are reasonable for the work I do and for an emergency call (after hours)."
