JIM'S WINDOW CLEANING

Tried to set up an appointment to get a price for one of our apartment building units with large high windows. Was told that they would only make appointment to come and do the work and would quote price at that time. They would not agree to come and price out job in advance. In our situation, we would need to schedule work with our tenants in advance so it would be a problem if we scheduled for the work to be done and then they showed and for whatever reason we couldn't agree on doing the job, that this time was scheduled and then we'd have to repeat the process again. Waste of time. I tried to explain my situation to the woman who I spoke to but she was not very accomodating or understanding under the circumstances and said they would not come before to give a quote. I even said I'd work around them whenever they would be in the area for another job. When having to dealing with multiple people/tenants and access to their units, I need more cooperation from the trades to accomplish the various jobs.

Jim was on time and he was very good. He did a really good job and I am very pleased. He seemed to be very professional and I would definitely use him again. I am very satisfied with the way my windows look. I thought his price was fair and I thought he knew exactly what he was doing. I gladly recommend him.
