It went well. They contacted me off line and we had conversations and I didn't end up executing the transaction but it wasn't because of anything off with their approach or process. Their pricing and offering were slightly different from what I had done before. They provided very good low pressure follow up. I wasn't ready to purchase and they were perfectly okay with that. I would consider them in the future.

We met with a very pleasant sales person who gave us a free estimate for our home. He carefully went over the benefits of solar, and answered all our questions. Prior to meeting with JD CUSTOM SOLAR, we had met and received quotes from other companies, we found that JD CUSTOMS SOLARS prices were very competitive. After the meeting our salesperson made himself available to us, always making us feel like he was happy to answer any questions we might have. The work was done clean, neat and in the time frame we were given. We cannot be any happier with our experience and our system.

They offer a free consultation and the technician at JD sat with us and explained everything and answered all our questions and concerns. We got our contract at the end of the meeting.
