He is excellent.  He is very informative and he tells you clearly what is going on and what the choices are.  He does talk you into something that you don?t need.  I have used him before and my neighbour too and we are very pleased. 

I called him for my neighbor last week, it was for the faucet in the sink because the water is trickling and they could not get any pressure in. He found out that the pipe was very old so he made some recommendations but he improved the situation temporarily.  

I think his price is reasonable and fair and he has always given us options.

Henry is reliable, honest and good at what he does. Couldn't ask for more.

Henry was extremely prompt with returning calls and went out of his way to work around our schedule in regards to the estimate and the actual job. He even came out a few days before the scheduled start to meet with my husband since my husband wouldn't be home the day of the re pipe. We decided to have a few additions made to the original plan (adding a new sink and move a washer/dryer closet). The price increase was quite modest for all the additional work. The crew showed up on time and completed the re pipe in one day. They were respectful of our home and did a great job.

Henry came out the same day I called him. He fixed both toilets quickly, cleaned up any mess he may have made and his prices were very fair.
