They took all the money that our Insurance provided and ended up doing an ok job, but there were some issues. One example is that when they had the opportunity to take advantage of the open walls to install a nice box for the hot and cold water valves for our washer, they didnt. They instead installed the box afterwards, having to cut up the drywall, resulting in a messy finished product. As another example they installed the jaccuzzi tub in a way that it is inaccessible for repairs.
Response from I LOVE PLUMBING
"Dear [Member Name Removed], all we did was follow the blue prints provided by your contractor YOU hired. When it came to the washer lines, the blue prints YOUR contactor made didn't state anything about putting a box in the wall. That was something you told us you wanted after we were done installing the hot and cold lines. And as far as the access for your Jacuzzi tub, we don't put the access that is done by the people that install tile or dry wall, all we do is put the tub in and connect the water supply and drainage. YOUR contractor is reponsible for telling his workers doing the wall or he should put it in his blue prints for them, the access hOle is not a plumber job. If you had a problem with any designs you are to take it up with him. As far as taking all the insurance money, we repipe your house with copper piping, install a Jacuzzi tub, a shower, etc for a minimal amount of money. With the insurance money you were suppose to repair the damages caused by the fire, not remodel your entire house and add an extra bedroom. What's strange is that you gave us such a poor review but yet you and your husband continue to call us for work to be done. Once again, any construction or design issues you should contact your contactor that made the blue prints."

Robert had installed the water heater and saw that the damage was caused by old galvanized pipe. He took pictures of damaged galvanized pipe that needed replacement And gave me a fair estiment.
The work required 2 days and he performed the job like promised and cleaned and hauled material away.
I will call the company again.

It was an emergency so they came out rather quickly. They are very efficient and knowledgeable.
