Izzy said that he would be here within the hour and he was. Because it was on a Sunday, his labor price was double but it was worth it because I did not want to wait a day for hot water. izzy is very professional and personable.

This was my first time using this company. The owner, who's name is Issy, was very professional. He called to confirm the appointment, showed up on time, did what he said he would do for the price he had quoted and got the job done quickly. As a real estate agent myself, I meet a lot of plumbers, contractors and inspectors and I know how hard it is to find good people. Not only will I use Issy again, but I'm also going to add him to my recommended vendors list.

Izzy fixed everything that I asked him to. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my tub and shower, showed me the condition of my current parts (old and falling apart) and then showed me what they should look like. He clearly explained what the problems were and what needed to be done to fix it. He was very professional, prompt, courteous. I will continue to use First Response Plumbing as my first contact when needing plumbing repair.
