We were contacted right away and scheduled an appointment to come look at the door. The repair person called to say they were on their way and arrived at the scheduled time. He was able to quickly identify the issue and a solution. The work was performed at that time and took about 1.5 hours. Total time door to door was about 2 hours. When he was done he went over in detail the work that was done, ways to maintain the door and minimize future issues, and cleaned up the work area. My only critic was I though the cost was too high, but I approved and paid for the work.
